Mallorca redefines its tourism identity: authenticity and sustainability as pillars
Cultural preservation and environmental balance, the island's new tourism model
Mallorca hides a valuable cultural and natural heritage that makes it one of the most emblematic destinations in the Mediterranean. Its new proposal promotes social and environmental coexistence, in line with the commitment to a balanced and sustainable tourism model. Under the new brand "Mallorca és Ca Nostra" (Mallorca is our home), the aim is to highlight the cultural, natural and local values of the island. From the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site since 2011) to subway caves that hold an unparalleled geological wealth, through charming villages and natural parks, not forgetting its nearly 300 beaches.

The new identity aims to strike a balance between economic development and preservation of the island's heritage, in line with the expectations of today's travelers and the needs of the environment. The implementation of this brand further increases the value of Mallorca's tourism promotion, aimed at preserving its cultural and natural essence. With this initiative, the island reaffirms its commitment to tourism that benefits both residents and visitors, ensuring prosperity for future generations. "Mallorca és Ca Nostra" highlights Mallorca's rich heritage, biodiversity, local authenticity, zero kilometer products and cultural offerings, while diversifying the experiences offered to visitors.

The new brand is inspired by traditional elements of the island, such as the "teles de llengües", handcrafted fabrics that symbolize the fusion of tradition and innovation. The logo features a stylized "M" that reflects these patterns, accompanied by two slogans: "Ca Nostra" for residents, and "The island of tomorrow" for visitors, emphasizing the commitment to conscious and responsible tourism. With this change, Mallorca positions itself as a benchmark in sustainable tourism, offering an attractive alternative for both travelers and industry professionals seeking to lead the change towards a more responsible tourism model.
